Definition of Enzyme Activity
A cellulase unit is the amount of enzyme required to hydrolyze CMC-Na to produce 1 ug reducing sugar per minute at 50 C and pH 4.8.

Dosage or recommended formula
This product is best at pH 5.5, 40 ℃. The formula product contains the following ingredients:
Cellulase CE60:10-20% (depending on the effect required)
Test: pH5.5, 3.5:1, 50-80% (trisodium citrate, acetic acid).
Desiccant: 5% (dry pumice or other desiccant, such as perlite)
Dispersant: 5-40% (particle C12-14 linear non-ionic ethanol, EO 35 mol or above)
Wetting agent: 1% (100% solids, e.g. carbohydrate, etc.)
