  • Trichoderma reesei or Pichia pastoris, which can express xylanase efficiently, is bred by genetic engineering and refined by submerged fermentation and post-treatment. Xylanase is a complex enzyme system which degrades xylan to oligosaccharides and xylose. Xylanases can be widely used in food, feed, medicine, energy, paper making, textile and other industries.

Definition of Enzyme Activity

The amount of xylanase required to degrade and release 1μ mol reductase from xylan solution at 37 C and pH 5.50 per minute is a unit of xylanase activity expressed as U.

Xylanase Characteristics

The production technology is advanced: The enzyme activity is high, and its stability and uniformity are good.
Enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency: It can quickly and effectively cut off the xylan's β-1,4-glycoside bond randomly from the xylan molecule. It has h2 hydrolysis effect on soluble and insoluble xylanase, and has high hydrolysis efficiency.
The optimum pH range is wide: The optimal pH range of 4.0~7.0 is in line with the intestinal physiological characteristics of animals.
h2 resistance: It is tolerant to proteinase, acidity and granulation temperature, and is more suitable for use in feed.
Xylanase A not only has the activity of xylanase, but also has the activity of glucanase and cellulase. Several enzymes cooperate to promote the hydrolysis of mucopolysaccharide.

Xylanase Efficacy

It can reduce the ratio of non starch polysaccharides and reduce the viscosity of intestinal contents, which is beneficial to the healthy growth of animals. It can increase the conversion rate of feed and promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients. Xylooligosaccharides produced by xylanase hydrolysis can promote the formation of healthy microorganisms in the intestinal tract, inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria and reduce diseases. Combined use of other NSP enzymes can effectively improve feed utilization, meat and egg yield. It can widen the use range of feed raw materials, increase the dosage of unconventional feed such as bran and inferior powder in feed, and reduce the cost of feed formula.

Xylanase Usage

When the product is used, it needs to be mixed with a small amount of premixed feed, then enlarged step by step, and then added to the feed.
Adjustment formula: By adding this product, the metabolic energy or digestive energy of the original feed formula can be reduced by 30-100 kcal/kg, and the formula cost can be reduced.

Xylanase Note 

1.Storage and transportation: This product is a bio-active substance. It can avoid exposure to rain, h2 light, high temperature and humidity during storage and transportation. It should be stored below 25 ℃and the labeled enzyme activity can be maintained for at least 6 months.

2.Note: This product is not combustible and can be safely mixed with water. Avoid contact with the body or inhalation of dry powder. Flush or accidentally contact with skin or eyes should be rinsed immediately.
