Five static indices are needed to maintain a certain enzyme activity of feed enzymes

①Optimum temperature.

Livestock and poultry are generally thermostatic animals, body temperature is basically 37-40 degrees Celsius. However, aquatic animals are thermophilic animals. Their body temperature is basically the same as that of water, and there are great differences in body temperature in different seasons. Therefore, aquatic feed enzymes need to have two basic conditions. Firstly, the enzyme activity should be high at low temperature. Secondly, keep a certain stability in the process of feed processing.

②Optimum pH.

The range of pH is also one of the important criteria for evaluating enzyme preparations. Different parts of the digestive tract have different pH. Oral pH was about 6.5-7.0, and intragastric pH was about 2.5-6.5. After entering the small intestine, after the treatment of pancreatic digestive juice, the pH rose again to about 6.5-7.0. In the cecum, the pH is about 7.0 due to the action of microorganisms. If the enzyme preparations can only work at a certain pH, it can not play a better auxiliary role in the whole process of animal digestion.

③Substrate concentration.

The reaction of preparation of enzymes used in poultry feed is specific. Phytase only acts on Phytic acid, protease only acts on protein, and each enzyme is directed. Only in the presence of substrates can feed enzymes play a corresponding role.
