Application of Enzyme Preparation in Poultry Feed

At present, there are more than ten kinds of main enzymes preparations in the market, which have various functions and combinations. The enzymes have different activities and different effects. However, in general, phytase mainly acts in the forestomach of poultry, because the pH of poultry is more suitable for phytase, that is, the unit phytase plays a greater role in the body.

Difference in source and effect of enzymes: It reflects the tolerance of enzymes to digestive tract environment. For example, there are the fungi and bacterial phytase. E. Coli phytase is more resistant to pepsinase than fungal phytase (i. e. it is not easy to inactivate in acidic environment), resulting in more phytate phosphorus released by bacterial phytase in the digestive tract. Phytase was more hydrolyzed by phytase in pigs than in broilers, but E.Coli phytase (acid resistant) released no difference between livestock and poultry breeds.
