Summary
Acid cellulase is a high-yield strain screened by Trichoderma Reesi mutagenesis and refined by liquid deep ventilation fermentation. The product is widely used in feed, textile, fuel ethanol, alcohol, traditional Chinese medicine extraction, food, juice processing, and other industries.
Product characteristics
1. Temperature range: the effective temperature range is 30-75℃, and the optimum temperature range is 55-60 ℃.
2. The range of pH value: the effective range of pH value is 4.3-6.0, and the optimum range of pH value is 4.5-5.0.
Application Method
1. Infeed complex enzymes, acid cellulase can improve feed digestibility, facilitate animal digestion and absorption, significantly increase the weight gain, milk production and egg production of livestock, and improve disease resistance and adaptability to the environment. The recommended dosage is 0.03-0.1k/t raw material (in 100,000 units).
2. In the textile industry, acid cellulase is used for finishing silk/linen knitted fabrics, which can hydrolyze the surface hairiness to remove the itchy sensation of the fabrics without damaging the silk. It is also suitable for some denim fabrics with the light color, fast flowering, and low redyeing requirements so that the fabrics have a good softness and drapability and permanent resistance to the hair and balls. The recommended dosage as the starting point of small experiment (in 100,000 units): 0.5-2.0% (of), pH 4.5-5.5, temperature 45-55℃, bath ratio 1:10-25, 30-60 minutes of the treatment.
3. In the production of liquor or cassava alcohol by solid-state fermentation, acid cellulase can interpret cellulose as sugars, promote the release of intracellular contents and increase the yield of alcohol. It is suggested that the addition amount (enzyme activity in 100,000 units) be 0.15-0.25 kg/t raw material. We should add during fermentation or saccharification.
4. Acid cellulase can destroy the dense structure of the cell walls, accelerate the dissolution of active ingredients and improve the extraction rate of active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine. The recommended dosage of 0.05-0.2 kg/t raw material (enzymatic activity in 100,000 units), pH 4.5-5.5, temperature 40-50 C, immersion for 60-120 minutes. To obtain the best effect, it is suggested to use pectinase in combination.
5. Acid cellulase can improve juice yield, soften vegetable and other plant tissues, and promote soybean peeling, so it can also be used in the above industries. The recommended dosage of 0.05-0.4L/t pulp as the starting point of the small experiment (enzyme activity in 100,000 units) was maintained for 1-5 hours under suitable temperature and pH conditions.
