Alkaline Lipase's Application in the Detergent Industry

Principle:
Alkaline lipase, under alkaline condition, can hydrolyze natural oil and produce fatty acids and glycerol. It is an enzyme that hydrolyzes special esters on the oil-water contact surface of a heterogeneous system.
Alkaline lipase is a new enzyme used in detergent. It can degrade greasy dirt on the surface of fabric and vessel into substances readily soluble in water, like Diglycerides, monoglycerides and fatty acids, and thus significantly improve the washing effect of detergent, especially the removing effect of macula.

Function:
1.Effectively and gently remove the grease from fabric and vessel
2.Good stability, low energy consumption and decrease washing temperature
3.Good coordination of surfactant, reduce the amount of surfactant, reduce the cost

Application case:
1.Alkaline lipase, a coating enzyme produced by granulation, is added into detergent. The dosage is determined by detergent quality, usually 0.1-1.0%.
2.The liquid alkaline lipase is added directly into liquid detergent. The dosage is determined by detergent quality, usually 0.1-1.0%.
3.It has a better effect when used with alkaline protease, cellulase, and other enzyme preparations.
