Ⅰ. Principle

1. Effectively hydrolyze acetate, acrylate, synthetic rubber and other special glues into water-soluble low molecular substances such as alcohols.
2. Hydrolyze cellulose and hemifiber, cellulose and cellulose between the adhesive material so that effective separation of fiber, effective softening of fiber cell wall, increase the permeability of fiber, benefit to the fiber full water absorption moisten rise, so as to improve the fiber water retention value.
3. Through the limited degradation of water-soluble colloid and some useless fiber particles in the pulp, the keratinized fiber in the waste pulp basically restored the original moistening and swelling capacity, and the filtration and dehydration performance of the pulp.
4. The synergistic effect of enzyme system improves the paper permeability and reduces the amount of drying steam.
5. Long time use can make the whole flow feeding system of the paper machine become cleaner, avoid paper diseases such as stains and broken paper caused by pulp decay, and reduce the cleaning times of forming mesh and blanket.

Ⅱ. Expected Effects
1. Lower the net white water concentration or make the water cleaner.
2. Speed up network dehydration, reduce network speed difference, speed increase, reduce steam elimination.

3. Sludge reuse is smooth, paper machine runs more smoothly, less broken paper

2. Effects

1) The speed difference of the net part decreased obviously, the dehydration of the net part improved obviously, the waterline shortened, the dehydration was more even, and the waterline was more even. It is beneficial to paper industry uniformity improvement and less quantitative difference of banner;
2) At the same speed, the lip plate opening is raised, the flushing pump frequency is increased, the network load is obviously decreased, and the high vacuum current decreases correspondingly.It can reduce the wear of forming net and extend the service life;
3) The white water concentration decreased slightly from April to may, and the retention rate increased correspondingly. The white water system is cleaner and the production operation efficiency is improved;
4) The ash content of finished paper has been increased by 3%~5% compared with the pre-trial data;
5) Long-term use, conducive to system cleaning, improve production efficiency.
